Frank Fahey’s 5K Walk Training Schedule

The fitWALK programme  is designed to support you over the next 4 weeks to the day of the big event on November 8th. The programme is designed especially for those of you with low levels of fitness at present to a point where you can complete a 5k walk in your locality. If you are already reasonably active and fit you may wish to do more walking than is recommended in the early phases – BUT you will still find the tips on preparation and techniques useful.
