Frank Fahey’s 5K Walk Training Schedule

The fitWALK programme  is designed to support you over the next 8 weeks to the day of the big event on November 12th. The programme is designed especially for those of you with low levels of fitness at present to a point where you can complete the 5k course with confidence Рand in a time you can be proud of! If you are already reasonably active and fit you may wish to do more walking than is recommended in the early phases РBUT you will still find the tips on preparation and techniques useful.
